Ingredients:
- 1 package of Marinated Beef Bulgogi or Marinated Spicy Pork Bulgogi
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
- 2 carrots, peeled, cut into batons
- Hokkien noodles or your noodle preference
- Snow peas, topped and tailed and halved
Instructions:
Cook bulgogi in frying pan or electric skillet until done, approximately 7 minutes depending on if frozen or fresh. Move to plate to add later.
Cook onions in peanut oil until soft, then add carrots and cook for about 4 minutes.
Add bulgogi back to the pan with noodles, cook until noodles are softened.
Add broccoli and snow peas and cook for about 4 minutes. Serve hot.
