Noodles & Veggies Bulgogi

Ingredients: 

  • 1 package of Marinated Beef Bulgogi or Marinated Spicy Pork Bulgogi
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
  • 2 carrots, peeled, cut into batons
  • Hokkien noodles or your noodle preference
  • Snow peas, topped and tailed and halved

Instructions:

Cook bulgogi in frying pan or electric skillet until done, approximately 7 minutes depending on if frozen or fresh. Move to plate to add later.

Cook onions in peanut oil until soft, then add carrots and cook for about 4 minutes.

Add bulgogi back to the pan with noodles, cook until noodles are softened.

Add broccoli and snow peas and cook for about 4 minutes. Serve hot.
