Bulgogi Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Marinated Beef Bulgogi or Marinated Spicy Pork Bulgogi
  • Cole slaw or lettuce
  • Cilantro
  • Diced avocado
  • Tortillas

For the sauce:

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions:

In a pan or electric skillet cook bulgogi until done, approximately 5 minutes.

Stir together taco sauce ingredients. For easier drizzling transfer to a plastic baggie and snip off corner.

Warm tortillas and add lettuce/cole slaw. Then add the bulgogi and top with cilantro and avocado. Drizzle taco sauce on top and enjoy.
