Ingredients:
- 1 package of Marinated Beef Bulgogi or Spicy Pork Bulgogi
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow) cut into strips
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- Wonton strips, scallions, and sesame seeds for topping
Instructions:
In a pan or electric skillet cook bulgogi until done. Approximately 5 minutes.
Add vegetables to the pan with the bulgogi. Shred bulgogi with kitchen shears if you want smaller pieces and cook until desired vegetable texture.
Throw in the wontons, scallions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy!
