Ingredients:
- 1 package of Marinated Beef Bulgogi or Spicy Pork Bulgogi
- 1 head of lettuce (iceberg, red leaf, romaine, etc.)
- Kimchi
Instructions:
In a pan or skillet cook bulgogi until done. Approximately 7 minutes.
Tear off leaves from lettuce. To assemble lettuce wraps, add about 1 tablespoon of bulgogi to the center of leaf, then add kimchi if desired. Add any type of sauce (sweet and sour, Thai sweet chili, miso paste) on top. Fold and enjoy!
