Bulgogi Burrito

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Marinated Beef Bulgogi or Marinated Spicy Pork Bulgogi
  • Large flour tortillas
  • Cooked rice
  • Cilantro
  • Basil
  • Green onions
  • Kimchi
  • Sriracha Mayo

Instructions:

Cook bulgogi in frying pan or electric skillet until done, approximately 5 minutes. Warm the tortillas to make it easier to roll.

Lay tortilla on a piece of foil and place the bulgogi, rice, herbs and kimchi on the middle of the tortilla. Substitute kimchi with cole slaw if desired. Fold the sides up, then roll it front to back and wrap in foil if you are saving it for later.
